Ordering online should be convenient above all else. Whether you're restocking your usual haul, grabbing something in a pinch, or making sure you claim the last of something in stock, our online ordering service is designed to get your products to your door with zero friction.

Follow this step-by-step guide to master the Flamingo+ ordering process and ensure your delivery arrives exactly when you need it.

Step 01: Choose Your Experience

Everything starts at [flamingoplus.ca]. You have two main paths:

  • Select Your Store: View live inventory for a specific physical location for local pickup.

  • Shop Online: For delivery directly to your door.

  • The Winnipeg Rule: Same-day deliveries are online only and limited to the Winnipeg area.

 


 

Step 02: Browse & Check Your Stock

As you add items to your cart, check the location details:

  • Location Matters: Ensure products are stocked in Winnipeg for the fastest local turnaround.

  • Outside Winnipeg: Products coming from other locations may be subject to standard delivery delays.

 


 

Step 03: Finalize Your Cart

Review your selection before proceeding.

  • Adjustments: Change quantities or add/remove items in the cart view.

  • Promotions: Add gift cards or coupon codes here.

  • The Next Step: Click "Proceed to Checkout" once you're ready.

 


 

Step 04: Mandatory ID Verification (The "Ecom" Rules)

Because we handle age-restricted products, our ID verification process is rigorous and mandatory.

 

For National Shipping (Canada Post)

For all orders shipped via Canada Post, we require ID verification before processing.

  • The Email: Once your order is placed, keep an eye on your inbox. You will receive an email from our team requesting a photo of your identification.

  • The Criteria: Your ID must be valid and fully match the billing information submitted with your order.

  • Required Details: We only accept government-issued photo ID (like a Driver’s License or Official Photo ID card) that clearly displays your:

    • Full Name

    • Photo

    • Date of Birth

    • Expiry Date

    • Address (Must match your billing address)

  • Who needs this? This is standard for all new customers and for existing customers if any account information has changed.

Important Notice: If we are unable to receive or verify your ID for shipping orders, in-store pickups, or same-day deliveries, the order will unfortunately be cancelled and fully refunded to your original payment method as soon as possible.

 


 

Step 05: Choose Your Shipping Method

We offer four ways to get your gear:

  1. In-Store Pickup: Order from home, grab it at your preferred Flamingo+ location.

  2. Free National Shipping: Available for all orders over $300+.

  3. Express Shipping: 1–2 day national delivery.

  4. SAME-DAY DELIVERY: * FREE on orders over $150+.

    • The Cutoff: Place your order before 3:00 PM Monday to Friday to receive it that evening.

 


 

Step 06: Payment & Instructions

  • Accepted Methods: Mastercard, Visa, and EMT (Email Money Transfer) only.

  • Special Instructions: Use the "Comments" box for buzzer codes or specific delivery notes.

  • Confirmation: A confirmation email will follow immediately after you hit "Buy".

 


 

Step 07 & 08: Arrival & Handoff

  • Timing: Same-day orders arrive between 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM.

  • Communication: We will text or call you before and upon arrival.

  • The Handoff: You must present your matching ID and sign to receive your order.
