Shipping Policy & Information

Due to COVID-19 processing and shipping times may see a delay of 1 - 2 business days. All packages are age verified and right now Canada Post is sending any package with age verification to your local post office. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We do not ship outside of Canada.

Shipping Information

All orders are subject to a 24 business hours processing period. We prepare all orders in the order we receive them, priority or first class mail orders do not get special privileges as far as processing periods. We cannot edit or change orders once they have been submitted. This is to ensure that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible and no confusion occurs.

Once an order has been placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items ordered and the shipping option chosen.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Window
At flamingovape.com we have multiple shipping options which are all done through Canada Post. We will try to ship all orders placed before 1:00 PM CST that same day unless changes have been requested through [email protected] If you placed your order before 1:00 PM CST and we could not fulfil your order that same day we will notify you. Please be aware that whether you choose Canada Post Expedited or Canada Post XpressPost, the processing of your order will be done in the order that it has been received.

Pre-Orders
When you pre-order an item it means you are putting money down on a product that has yet to be released, upon release we will have it shipped out to you as fast as possible. Every product that’s listed for preorder will have (PREORDER) in the name/title. Please keep in mind that if you choose to purchase a product with (PREORDER) in the title you will not receive the product and anything else you added to the cart with it until the (PREORDER) item becomes available. The stock will be prioritized to those customers who committed to the (PREORDER) before the item gets added to the stock for the rest of the customers to purchase. Pre-orders can be refunded at any time without any penalties, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to take place (according to your banking institution). Proof of Age Required
Due to the nature of our industry, we are required to use Canada Post’s Proof of Age (18+) option on every single shipment that gets sent out from our facility. What does that mean for you? Because this option has been enabled all packages will require a signature upon delivery. The only person that can claim the package is the same person who has placed the order and put their name on the Shipping Information. Proof of Age will be requested upon delivery by Canada Post.

If you are not home to receive your package, a slip will be left at your door or mailbox with information for pick up at your nearest post office. Canada Post will not release the package unless your ID matches the shipping information. Any fees associated with a returned package to sender will not be refunded.

Due to COVID-19 Canada Post has been taking parcels straight to your nearest post office please keep this in mind when ordering from us.

Free Shipping
flamingovape.com offers free expedited shipping on all orders within Canada when you purchase over $75 (before taxes). There are no limits to the item combinations you are allowed to make and even items on sale apply towards free shipping. The Canada Post Expedited shipping option will automatically be selected but you can upgrade to the XpressPost at the checkout page.

Carrier Restrictions & Insurance
Since flamingovape.com only uses Canada Post for all shipments within Canada, we are unable to get packages delivered to you on the following days: Saturday, Sunday or major Canadian holidays. The reason is Canada Post Carrier services are closed on these days.

Every shipment sent out from flamingovape.com will be insured for up to $100. In the event that Canada Post loses a package, we will only credit orders up to $100, unless Additional Insurance was paid for. Additional Insurance can be added to your cart before checkout up to $300.

Same Day Delivery within Winnipeg

Same day delivery is on weekdays within the city of Winnipeg, this means if you place your order on a Monday before 3pm we will bring your package straight to your door but please have ID ready to present to the delivery driver. Please make sure you choose the shipping option "Same Day Delivery Within Winnipeg". Please note that if you placed an order for same day delivery over the weekend you will get your order the following business day on Monday. If we can't fulfill your order the same day for any reason we will notify you and let you know when to expect your order. This will be a $12 flat rate, if you spend over $50 it will be free

Underage Policy

If you order from us and are underage just know we pay for Age Verification through Canada Post and you will be asked for identification upon delivery. If you are underage and have had an order shipped back to us we will charge a 50% restocking fee. If you are underage and order from us you will lose money.

Cardholder Authentication

Some Credit Card payments may get flagged by the security systems we have in place and these will require additional authentication of ownership. In order to protect you our customer, we will require a photo of your identification and proof that you are the rightful cardholder. If your transaction has been flagged we will email you requesting this additional information to be emailed back to us within 72 hours (3 Days). Please be aware that this will delay your shipment until we get this confirmation, this policy is put in place to protect you and your credit card.

If we do not hear back within 48 hours (2 Days) we will attempt to call you for this information. If we do not get a response within the initial 72 hours your order will be canceled and the card will be refunded.
